Having been chosen to chair the Board of Directors of Unilever, Ian Meakins will retire from the Rexel Board with effect on August 31, 2023. He will be replaced as Chair of Rexel’s Board by Agnès Touraine.

The Combined Shareholders’ Meeting of Rexel was held today in Paris under the Chairmanship of Ian Meakins. The shareholders approved all the resolutions.

The Board of Directors has decided to submit to the Shareholders’ Meeting, the payment of an amount of 1.20 euros per share.
